An 88-year-old gentleman, 66 kg, 175 cm, has a diagnosed tumor. He moves independently, uses a walker, and has a chest drain. His vision is unimpaired, his hearing is impaired, he uses a hearing aid. He is partially incontinent, uses incontinence aids, and changes them himself. He is oriented, without aggression and without demanding behavior, and enjoys resting in the afternoon. He particularly needs help with organizing doctor's appointments and with foot and hair care. Night work is not required. The scope of work includes household management, cooking, cleaning, laundry, ironing, shopping, and flower care. Shopping is accessible on foot and by bicycle. The family visits irregularly. No lifting is required. A stairlift is available in the house. Free time by arrangement, with the possibility of taking two afternoons off per week. For the care couple, an apartment in the house is available, with a separate bathroom, a bicycle, and a car. One of the care staff should be a qualified person.

The lady is Croatian. She can walk short distances on her own, otherwise she uses a walker. She needs assistance on stairs. She needs help getting into bed. Communication is limited, but she can express her needs. She needs help with hygiene, dressing, and toileting. She uses incontinence briefs; incontinence care must be provided. She also wears compression stockings. The job includes supervision, companionship, and household help. Cleaning is provided by a cleaner (once a week), and laundry is handled by the daughter. Groceries are accessible on foot. Night work is required as needed, approximately once per night, mainly for assistance with toileting and incontinence. Lifting is not required. For outdoor mobility, she uses a special Parkinson's walker. This is a moderately demanding caregiving role focused on supervision, assistance with basic activities, incontinence care, and companionship. A caregiver fluent in Croatian is welcome.
