Slight mobility limitation remained after the operation. The lady moves around with the help of a walker, outside the house it is advisable to accompany her, also assistance is needed when walking on stairs. It is fully oriented. She is prone to leg swelling, wears compression stockings. The lady needs partial assistance with dressing, especially with putting on and taking off compression stockings. Help is also needed with personal hygiene. Part of the nanny's job is housekeeping such as shopping, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry and ironing (the washing machine is located in the basement). The family does not live nearby, so shopping (they are within walking distance) and running errands are also to be provided. If necessary, the lady needs to be accompanied to medical examinations or other appointments. Shared dining is possible but not essential. Nocturnal care is not regular, it may be needed only exceptionally according to the current condition, for example when accompanying a walker to the toilet. Lifting is not necessary.
