The lady is at risk of falling,uses a walker when walking,has a care bed,shower\/toilet chair,the lady cooperates with transfers).The lady does her own morning and evening hygiene,dressing,showering 1 time a week,assisting to the toilet chair 1 time at night.She is incontinent of urine,has incontinence material.Shops accessible by public transport.2 ladies come to the home alternately to help in the household and to go shopping.
