She is incontinent and wears diapers.There is a reclining bed and a wheelchair accessible bathroom. The senior tries to be as independent as possible, but needs assistance with activities of daily living.The job includes assistance with dressing and undressing, assistance with personal hygiene as needed, supervision of medication, assistance with transfers, companionship and support during the day, and light housework. A swivel transfer aid is used for transfers, and transfers are done in conjunction with the nursing service.Night duty is only provided exceptionally, for example if the senior needs to rub her skin when itching. Otherwise, the caregiver is usually quiet at night (approx. 19:00\/20:00 - 06:00\/07:00).The daughter and son-in-law also live in a separate part of the house, no work is done for the family.
