She moves mainly on her own, with the help of a cane and a walker. Care is also provided at night, mainly to prevent falls and to accompany the elderly woman to the toilet - a toilet chair, emergency button and alarm pad are available.The elderly woman suffers from cardiovascular disease, has low blood pressure, unstable circulation and narrowed coronary arteries. She is temporally disoriented, often lives in the past, has word-finding disorders and mood swings.She requires assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, incontinence care (inserted devices) and reminders to take her medications correctly.During the day, two ladies take turns caring for the senior and provide assistance beginning at 4:30 p.m. The caregiver primarily takes care of social care and social activities, no professional health care is needed, as there is outpatient care three times a day.Preparation and cooking of meals, or sharing meals with the senior. Minor help with household chores by arrangement. Social function, communicating and talking with the senior is important.
