He suffers from Parkinson's disease, mild dementia and incontinence. He has difficulty walking and shaking, and is oriented in time, space and people. Assistance is needed with dressing, hygiene and toileting. During the day he goes to the toilet alone, at night he wears a diaper to be safe, so that he does not have to get up to go to the toilet.He eats independently. The caregiver takes care of meal preparation, shopping, cleaning and laundry. The shop is not accessible on foot, there is a car with automatic transmission.
