Short-term memory is severely impaired, long-term memory is still partially preserved. The lady is a dialysis patient. She moves independently without aids. She mainly needs guidance and supervision when dressing and toileting, and partial assistance with personal hygiene. She manages meals independently. The main tasks are supervision, guidance and support in everyday life. It is important to ensure a regular daily routine, supervise hygiene and provide companionship. The job also includes housekeeping such as preparing meals, cleaning and taking care of laundry. The family visits the lady regularly and organises the care, the Caregiver is more of an additional support. No night care or lifting is required.
