She has a history of leukaemia, and has currently been hospitalised for pancreatitis. She is debilitated, suffers from dizziness, low potassium levels and circulatory problems. The lady is mostly recumbent, but she can move short distances with assistance and needs to be guided by the arm or supported. Movement is unsteady, so constant supervision is required. She needs help with all basic tasks, whether for personal hygiene, dressing or even toileting. It is also important to monitor and ensure the correct use of medication. The job involves complete housekeeping such as cooking (taking into account medical conditions and diet), shopping (shops are accessible on foot), cleaning and laundry care. The caregiver also provides accompaniment to doctors' appointments and the running of routine errands. Companionship, supervision and assistance in daily life are an important part of care. Overnight care is only needed occasionally, especially for difficulties (headaches, palpitations) or when assistance to the toilet is needed.           Lifting is not necessary. There is a car with automatic transmission.
