Her physical and mental condition is significantly weakened, communication is limited. The lady is mobile only with assistance, when walking she needs to be guided by the hand or supported and stabilized. Epileptic seizures require increased attention (about 2-3 times a month), during which it is necessary to ensure her safety, put her on the ground and prevent injury. She needs help with all basic tasks: personal hygiene, dressing, eating and toileting. She needs assistance with eating and drinking, supervision of regular medication and general support in daily functioning. Part of the caregiver's job is also complete housekeeping such as cooking, shopping (shops are accessible on foot), cleaning and taking care of laundry. There is also a husband living in the household who is currently disabled (injured arm) and unable to take care of the lady, so the help of a caregiver is essential. Night care is only occasional, the lady is mostly asleep, exceptionally she may need to be accompanied to the toilet. Lifting is not necessary, it is more about stabilisation for movement.
