The lady is oriented in familiar surroundings, but her short-term memory is deteriorating. Physically, she is in good condition, moves completely independently without aids, gets up unassisted and is fully self-sufficient in hygiene, dressing, eating and toileting. The main job of the caregiver is supervision, companionship and support in daily life. Maintaining a daily routine, communicating, activating and accompanying in leisure activities such as walks and social games are important. The job also includes household management such as cooking, cleaning, laundry and helping with shopping or running errands (car, bicycle and bus connections are available). It is necessary to supervise the regular use of medication (prepared in advance) and accompany the lady to doctors' appointments. There is a medium sized dog (11 years old) in the household that needs to be taken care of (feeding and walking). No night care or lifting is needed.
