She is afraid of falling again, so it is necessary to be by her side especially when walking and getting up. Her health is general old age weakness and fluctuating blood pressure. Her hearing is worse, she wears hearing aids, needs to speak loud and clear. She takes her own medication. Needs help with hygiene, dressing and toileting. Supervision of movement is important. The caregiver also takes care of household chores such as cooking, cleaning, laundry and shopping (about 10 min walk), she also accompanies the lady to the doctor. Companionship and routine daily support is also important. Night work is needed occasionally, sometimes 1-2 times a night help to the toilet is needed. This is moderate care. The emphasis is on safety, falls prevention and assistance in daily living.
