Mentally, the lady is perfectly fine and communicates well. She suffers from incontinence and wears nappies. Help is needed with hygiene, dressing, toileting and changing incontinence aids. Transfer from bed to wheelchair and back is also necessary, the lady is cooperative. Assistance and supervision is needed with meals. The job also includes cooking, housekeeping and general household chores. Companionship, conversation and support during the day is also important. Mobilization and exercise support is also needed as available. Night work is required once a night changing nappies. Lifting is needed, it is a moderate difficulty, the lady can help.
