The 96-year-old gentleman, 68 kg, 174 cm, is a cancer patient, he is currently hospitalized, his health condition and mobility are still to develop. Before hospitalization he was ambulating with a walker, walking was unsteady and there is a risk of falling. His hearing is severely impaired, even with a hearing aid he can hear poorly, so patient and clear communication is needed. He needs partial help with hygiene, dressing and toileting, and is still independent when eating. He has regular immunotherapy (about once a week, he accompanies himself on taxis). Medication is provided by the nursing service, the doctor goes home. An 83-year-old lady, 120 kg, 164 cm, is considerably more independent, without the need for help with basic tasks (hygiene, dressing, eating, toileting). However, she has health limitations, problems with her knees and eyes and needs support especially in the home and occasional accompaniment (check-up at the ophthalmologist about once every three months). The job consists mainly of caring for the gentleman, managing the household (cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping) and ensuring the normal running of the household for both of them. It also includes looking after the dog (14 years old) and involves walking him, letting him into the garden and cleaning up after him. Aids such as an adjustable bed, electric chair for getting up, walker and shower chair are provided. Light physical assistance (e.g. hand support) may exceptionally be needed for the lady. Night work is possible with the gentleman, but only occasionally and according to the current situation.A car is available.
