He suffers from incontinence, general old age weakness and increased risk of falls.He does not have dementia.He has severely limited mobility, can stand and take a few steps only with support, walking is very unsteady. She needs significant assistance when getting up and sitting down, she is at risk of falling. Partial assistance is needed to use the toilet, personal hygiene and dressing, but he eats independently. Part of the care includes accompanying her on short walks, always accompanied. The caregiver's job also includes household management such as preparing meals, cleaning, laundry and general housework. Shopping is provided by the family, shops are accessible within about 30 minutes walk, there is a bakery and butchers nearby. An important part of care is companionship, communication and active time, such as talking or walking. Night work is required in accompanying to the toilet as required, not every day. A moderate level of assistance with lifting is needed.
