He suffers from Parkinson's and advanced dementia. Occasionally there is stiffness of movement, the gentleman takes medication. The gentleman is independent in walking, using the toilet and eating, but needs guidance in some activities such as showering, hygiene, dressing and eating. He needs to be reminded regularly about his medication. The gentleman has a slight tendency to leave the house, in the past it has happened that he has gone across the garden towards the city, therefore supervision is needed. He does not show aggressive behaviour. The care includes companionship, communication and leisure, the gentleman is very communicative. Walks are possible, but only when accompanied. The job also includes housekeeping such as preparing meals, shopping, cleaning, laundry and routine household chores as well as accompanying him to the doctor. The first doctor's visits are made together with the senior's daughter, and later independently, including picking up medication. Night work is needed about 2 times a night,in case of restlessness to escort the gentleman to bed.            Lifting is not necessary.
