She is not aggressive, has no tendency to run away, no hallucinations, no fear. She is not incontinent. She has age-appropriate difficulties and suffers from osteoporosis. The lady likes to be read to, likes to listen to music and play board games, watch TV. The caregiver helps with personal hygiene, assists with dressing, runs the household, prepares fresh food, accompanies to bed and helps to get out of it, creates a daily structure and lends a helping hand where needed, accompanies to the doctor, and on walks, provides company also in the form of conversations, Night work is not regular,at most 1 - 2 times to the toilet. Lifting is not necessary, the lady can stand up by herself.
