She is depressed and is treated with medication, sometimes talks to herself, is passive and does not want to leave the house. She hears poorly and uses a hearing aid, it is necessary to speak to her loudly, clearly and to the point, she can express what she wants and answer questions. She has dry eyes, drops are needed to moisten. She also has type 2 diabetes, treated with medication.    <\/p>\n<p>She is not incontinent,does not have dementia,uses compression stockings, gets up currently without support. She needs partial help with dressing - instructions on what to wear, what not to forget, regular changes of clothes - and partial help with daily personal hygiene, especially taking care to wash with a sponge. Help with household care, help with food preparation, laundry, cleaning, shopping is required. Ensure adequate fluid intake and correct use of medication (in agreement with husband). Old lady wants to be helpful, requires communal dining, companionship, simple conversations, daily schedule to be followed. The doctor goes to her home. No lifting or night work is required. There is a garden, no yard work required. Her husband lives at home with her, who is fully independent and assists in caring for his wife.
