After an infection, he is exclusively bedridden and needs to be positioned. He suffers from general old age weakness, incontinence, has a fractured right hip and severe pain. Communication is very limited. The gentleman is completely dependent on assistance for all tasks. He needs full body care, help with hygiene, dressing and changing incontinence aids. The work also includes household management such as cleaning, laundry, cooking and meal preparation, as agreed with the wife. Night work is not regular, only when necessary.        Lifting is not necessary. There is also a wife (76 years old) who lives in the household and is independent and manages the household, but it is necessary to divide the tasks. This is physically demanding care, focusing on the complete care of the supine client and basic household care.
