The gentleman is 175 cm and 100 kg, he is incontinent (stools once a day on the toilet chair), has a catheter in place, is only in bed, needs transfer from bed to toilet chair (1 time a day) and to wheelchair (1 time a day), tries to cooperate but is only partially cooperative. He is also used to sitting in the wheelchair during lunch with his wife. The lady is 160 cm and 65 kg, she is also incontinent (she wears diapers for safety), but toileting is done on the toilet chair, but she is more physically fit, she uses a walker when walking, during worse days she uses a wheelchair (she can sit for several hours), then she requires 5-6 times of transferring, which is easier than with her husband, she can cooperate. The caregiver helps with personal hygiene, dressing, toileting (complete help with the master, partial help with the mistress), prepares meals (seniors are not demanding, but always want fresh food), cleans, takes care of laundry, does shopping (accessible on foot). Night work is required by the lady who needs an escort to the toilet (rings), but it is not daily.
