The lady is at risk of falling,uses a walker when walking,has a care bed,shower/toilet chair,the lady cooperates with transfers).The lady does her own morning and evening hygiene,dressing,showering 1 time a week,assisting to the toilet chair 1 time at night.She is incontinent of urine,has incontinence material.Shops accessible by public transport.2 ladies come to the home alternately to help in the household and to go shopping. Housekeeping,meal preparation,cleaning,laundry care.The caregiver has her own bathroom.
