She is oriented in space and towards persons, temporally partial, has impaired short-term memory and occasionally puts things away.She needs to speak loudly and clearly. She moves around with a walker when accompanied, outside the house with crutches. He manages getting out of sitting and out of bed with assistance according to his current condition. At night he needs 2-3 times help with toileting, he has a toilet seat by the bed and uses diaper pants…He is in control of the seat. The lady requires partial assistance with hygiene, dressing, toileting and transfers. Washing is mostly done at the sink, with assistance. She eats independently, needs to be supervised for drinking and regular meals. Caregiver also includes cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, routine housework, escorting to the doctor and minor errands. The aim is to maintain her independence and mobility.
