She is prone to anxiety, fears burglary and theft and is distrustful of strangers. She sometimes feels that she hears noises from upstairs and needs to be reassured that all is well. Communication is maintained, she understands and can express her needs. Hearing and vision are age appropriate, need to speak clearly and distinctly. He moves with the aid of a walker due to significant gait and hip joint problems, he is unable to bend over. In the home she walks independently, gets up without assistance. Suffers from arthritis and cardiac insufficiency. She needs partial assistance with dressing, from the waist up she dresses mostly herself, from the waist down she is dependent on assistance. For personal hygiene, she is mostly independent, but assistance is needed, for example with washing her feet. She eats independently, but it is important to ensure regular communal meals and sufficient fluid intake. She can manage the toilet independently. Medicines are prepared by another person, the carer supervises their use. The job includes household management such as cooking, shopping, cleaning and laundry care, as well as minor errands and assistance with daily living. Companionship, conversation and maintaining daily structure is important. The lady enjoys watching series on the iPad (especially about nature or politics), likes to cook and can be involved in household activities when possible. The family are in close contact, with the daughter coming for lunch Monday to Friday. Night care is not required.
