Caring for an 85-year-old independent living elderly lady,170 cm,57kg with mobility limitation. She moves independently at home, outdoors with walking sticks. Suffers from dementia/Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease, short term memory is deteriorating,sleeps a lot. She is easily incontinent of urine and wears pads. Requires partial assistance with physical hygiene (getting in and out of the bath, assistance with showering and washing hair). She also needs supervision of adequate drinking, proper use of medications, accompaniment to doctors and appointments, motivation to exercise, integration into the household, adherence to daily structure, small walks, and companionship. In the home, meal preparation, cooking, cleaning, laundry and shopping (accessible on foot) are required. No night work is required.
The nanny has her own bathroom.
