| Caring for an independent living 97 year old gentleman who is very fit for his age and moving around independently. He does not need care in the sense of nursing, only daily support in the home. Occasionally he has leg pain. He manages to go to the doctor or pharmacy on his own. The caregiver is responsible for routine household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, shopping and preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner. The gentleman wants company – talking, cooking together, watching TV, going for walks and shopping together. No night work or lifting is required. The caregiver has her own bathroom.
