Short-term memory is significantly impaired, leading to uncertainty in everyday life.She is calm in character, without aggression or tendency to run away. She moves independently, with slight limitations, without needing help to get up,she is not incontinent. She has arthrosis in her knees and impaired vision due to macular degeneration, so supervision is needed especially when moving outside the house. She can manage all basic tasks such as dressing, personal hygiene, eating and toileting independently. The caregiver supervises regularity, especially in eating and drinking, and ensures the correct use of medication (which is prepared in advance). Her main job is support in daily life, such as managing the daily routine, companionship, communication and activation. It also includes going for walks together, accompanying her to the doctors and taking care of routine matters. The caregiver also takes care of the running of the household such as shopping (shops are easily accessible), cooking, cleaning and laundry, often in cooperation with Mrs. The lady has a partner who lives in a neighbouring flat and visits her regularly, especially during the week. Night work is not common, only exceptionally when there is a disturbance. Lifting is not necessary.
