Outdoors she uses a walker. She needs partial assistance with basic personal hygiene, dressing and toileting, including incontinence care (pads). Guidance and support in activities of daily living is also important. The job of a caregiver includes complete housekeeping such as cooking, shopping (shops are accessible on foot), cleaning and laundry care. It is also necessary to provide companionship, communication and activation for the lady, for example through walks or shared activities.
