The lady is 89 years old, 160 cm, 80 kg, recumbent, has dementia/Alzheimer’s disease, incontinent.Hygiene, diaper changing is done on the bed.
The old gentleman is 86 years old,170 cm.78 kg is fully mobile. Until recently he took care of his wife alone, but it is already a burden for him. Physically he has less strength, he is declining. He suffers from Parkinson’s disease, he has metastases on his lungs. He is currently in palliative treatment, the palliative service comes here every day. He is easily incontinent but can take care of himself,he is not allowed to drive anymore.
Preparation of hot meals,cleaning,shopping,laundry care.Medication is prepared by the nursing service. A housekeeper comes to the home once a week. Night work is not necessary.
Caregiver has her own bathroom with TV , multiple rooms available , car.
Both spouses speak Russian.
