Caring for a 93-year-old married couple in a shared home. The lady, 43 kg, 150 cm, is physically very weak after a fall and a brain haemorrhage. She has lost a lot of weight in recent years and sleeps a lot, about 2-3 hours a day. Mentally she is fine. She moves with a walker and needs partial help with hygiene and dressing. She goes to the toilet independently. The gentleman, 60 kg, 175 cm, had a stroke and has paralysis on the right side of his body. He is very weak and unsteady on his feet and moves with a walker. He is mentally fine. He can still manage basic tasks such as showering on his own, but needs supervision and support, especially when moving around and when going to the doctor’s, where he takes a taxi. The caregiver’s job includes household management such as cooking, cleaning and laundry, as well as helping with the lady’s personal hygiene and general support for both seniors in everyday life. Shopping is approximately 25 minutes away on foot, however the family can drive the Caregiver. Night work is not necessary, both seniors sleep all night. Lifting is not necessary. For the caregiver the whole upper floor with balcony and private bathroom.
