He needs partial assistance with dressing, personal hygiene and toileting. The lady, 65 kg, 170 cm, also moves with the help of a walker, walking is unsteady. She has had meningitis and has significant cognitive limitations. She has limited communication and sometimes reacts irritably, especially towards her husband, is very moody and drinks alcohol.There is a risk of epileptic seizures, three in the last year. There is an emergency button in the home. The lady has a reclining bed with side barriers. She needs partial assistance with dressing, toileting and personal hygiene. Both seniors need support in daily living and assistance with household chores including cooking, shopping, cleaning and laundry care. Twice a week help comes to the home for laundry and other household chores. Nursing help comes twice a week for showers. They go to the doctors together by taxi. Overnight care is needed especially for the lady, about 1-2 times a night, especially to accompany her to the toilet. Lifting is not necessary. The two seniors usually drink a bottle of wine together in the evening and smoke and talk in Spanish.
