He is physically weak after a nose operation, mentally he is fine (not demented). He is not incontinent, he goes to the toilet independently. The gentleman is independent in self-care , the caregiver prepares meals (shared dining), makes sure he gets enough fluids, does the shopping, cleans, takes care of the laundry, common lighter work in the garden (the gardener does the bigger work) and is helpful in daily affairs, accompanies to the doctor, keeps him company . No night work or lifting is required.
