Caring for an 88-year-old independent living elderly lady with early dementia and Parkinson’s disease The lady is partially incontinent, due to Parkinson’s disease mobility is slowed and limited, there is a risk of falling.There is a walker and a toilet chair.The lady needs help with hygiene, (intimate hygiene) dressing, walking, toileting, changing incontinence material, to be motivated to be active.No night getting up or lifting is required.House keeping, cleaning, meal preparation, laundry care, shopping with the family.The lady comes 2 times a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays to the day-care centre from 08:00-17:00.
