She needs help with personal hygiene and dressing, and can use the toilet independently. Medication needs to be supervised and prepared. Needs support and guidance in daily living. An 87-year-old gentleman, 65 kg, 175 cm, suffers from general old age weakness, is at risk of falling and has incipient dementia. Character-wise, he may be more challenging. After a stay in hospital he is physically frail and may need help getting up. He moves independently or with a walker. He has had prostate cancer in the past. He takes medication independently, but needs supervision to take it regularly. He needs help with hygiene and dressing only as needed. He manages toileting independently, but occasionally needs reminding. Needs help and support in the routine of the day. Work includes housekeeping such as cooking, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry and shopping. Shops are within walking distance approximately 1.5 km from the house. Companionship and presence with seniors is also important. Night work is not regular, only when needed. Lifting is not necessary. There is a stair lift in the home. There is a car with manual transmission.
