Caring for an independent living 100-year-old lady, 80 kg, 153 cm, who is slightly limited in movement. She suffers from heart failure, untreated diabetes, macular degeneration with approximately 2% vision, mild hearing loss and ankle arthrosis. He is mentally very fit, only occasionally forgetful. The lady is incontinent, uses pads and diapers at night, but goes to the toilet independently. She needs help with personal hygiene, showering or washing, putting on lotion, dressing and in the evening for brief intimate hygiene. Needs to be supervised on medication. The day is fairly precisely organised. Around 10:00 a.m. shopping or household chores are dealt with. At 11:00 there is breakfast together, conversations or crossword puzzles. In the afternoon a meal is prepared and from 14:00 the Caregiver has a break. In the evening around 18:00 the lady likes to listen to reading, chat or do puzzles. This is followed by a hot dinner, television and company. Around 21:30 she needs to be helped to bed, have a short hygiene, put on a nappy and help with her teeth. Housekeeping is also part of the job and laundry about once a week. No night work or lifting is required. Free time by arrangement.
