Caring for a 68-year-old elderly lady, 80 kg, 158 cm, who is slightly limited in movement. She suffers from schizoaffective psychosis, is stabilized with medication, but cannot be alone. Mentally she is fully oriented, she does not suffer from dementia. She moves independently in the home, without aids, and needs an escort when climbing stairs. She is able to get up on her own. She is not incontinent, she uses incontinence aids only as a precaution. She manages meals and toileting independently. She needs partial assistance with dressing and hygiene, especially with showering, washing her hair and getting into the shower. Care includes supervision of medication, maintenance of daily routine, companionship and communication. It is important that she is not alone. Walks and simple activities such as games are appropriate. The job also includes housekeeping such as cooking, shopping, cleaning and laundry. Shops are accessible on foot. Night work is not necessary, only exceptionally. A husband and son live in the household, both work and do not require care.
