Caring for a 94-year-old married couple in a shared home. Both suffer from general old age weakness. The lady, 55 kg, 145 cm, is physically frail but mentally fine, only occasionally forgetful. She moves with the help of a walker and, according to her current condition, needs partial help with personal hygiene and dressing. In everyday life, she mainly needs support, supervision and help with everyday activities. The gentleman, 70 kg, 165 cm, has had bypass surgery and is currently dealing with health problems (higher pulse, hospitalisation). He also uses a walker and, depending on his condition, needs help with hygiene and dressing. He needs supervision and support in daily functioning. Both seniors are mostly independent but require presence, supervision and assistance as needed. The job of the caregiver is mainly housekeeping such as cooking (ideally also communal dining), cleaning, laundry and ironing. Companionship, communication and maintaining a daily routine are also important. Medication is provided by outpatient staff. The home is wheelchair accessible and there is a stair lift and panic button. Night care is needed only exceptionally (especially for the lady, e.g. help with toileting), not regularly. Lifting is not necessary.
