Care for an independent living 99-year-old elderly lady, 70 kg, 165 cm with limited mobility.The lady is after a fall, (bruised right side of the body and partial fracture of the PHK ),currently uses a wheelchair.The lady is able to cooperate with transfers,she can stand while being held.The condition is expected to improve,the lady is making moderate progress,she has a walker,toilet and shower chair.The lady is incontinent of urine,has a stoma,does not have dementia.The lady likes to sleep in the afternoon,she is nice,enjoys company.Help with hygiene,dressing,changing incontinence material is needed,1-2 times at night to be available if needed.Medical care service comes to the home.The caregiver has a room with a TV.Housekeeping,meal preparation,cleaning.The family (daughter) is helpful with shopping.Shops within walking distance.The lady is in a good condition.
