Caring for a 78-year-old lady 163 cm,58 kg after surgery for cerebral hemorrhage.The lady has weakened muscles of the trunk and limbs after the operation and after staying in hospital bed, limited ability to move and strength in the left part of the body, she is to be discharged from the reha clinic.She is not incontinent,does not have dementia,sees and hears well.Needs help getting up and sitting down,turning in bed,risk of falling,lady can co-operate with transfers and lifting.She cannot stand independently, a walker is available.Hygiene, dressing, assistance with toileting, food administration, supervision of medication, motivation to exercise, fluid intake, occasional call at night (babyphone).The daughter lives in the house and goes to work.The Caregiver has her own bathroom.
