Care for an 82-year-old independent living elderly lady, 160 cm,47 kg with Parkinson’s disease.She does not have dementia and is not incontinent.Her walking is unsteady, she uses a walker to walk around the house, outside the house she is accompanied.She has neurological limitations due to Parkinson’s disease and is regularly visited by her daughter. She needs help getting up, hygiene, dressing, toileting, help getting into the shower, showering, washing her hair. No lifting is required.At night she needs to be escorted to the toilet 2 times.
There is a shower chair. Housekeeping, food preparation, cooking, cleaning, laundry, communal dining. Care must be taken to adhere to medication and to adequate fluid intake. Requires conversation, companionship, walking together (shops are within walking distance), keeping to a daily schedule and attending to daily errands. The caregiver has her own bathroom.
