Care for an 84-year-old lady, 70 kg, 155 cm, who is mobile with a walker and moves independently in the home. She has early onset dementia, is temporally disoriented at times, but communication is maintained. She is incontinent, uses pads and is able to care for herself independently, but needs supervision and reminding. She has had two fractures in the shoulder area, moves cautiously but steadily with a walker. Requires guidance with personal hygiene and dressing, but not physical assistance. She goes to the toilet independently. Medication use needs to be controlled. The lady’s care includes meal preparation, shopping, cleaning, laundry and routine household chores. Groceries are accessible on foot. The lady enjoys company and normal daily activities, she does not want to be alone all day. Help with light gardening and winter maintenance around the house is also suitable. Night care is not needed. Lifting is not necessary. , There are two en-suite rooms available for the carer.
