Care for an elderly married couple in a shared household. The 91-year-old gentleman weighs 64 kg and is 166 cm tall. He suffers from general senile weakness, frequent breathing problems, and shortness of breath. He is almost blind. He uses a walker at home, but his mobility is significantly limited, and he can only manage short distances. He requires support when walking. He can dress, manage personal hygiene, and use the toilet independently. He primarily needs help around the house. Lifting is not required. The 88-year-old lady weighs 54 kg and is 166 cm tall. She has cancer and uses a wheelchair. She receives palliative nursing care for her medical needs. Both her legs require complete bandaging. She needs moderate physical assistance with standing up and transferring, and she is able to cooperate. She requires partial assistance with dressing and personal hygiene but generally needs significant support with daily care. The caregiver is also responsible for cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, and managing the household for both spouses. The gentleman primarily needs help with mobility and around the house, while the lady requires regular personal care and assistance with transfers. Night duty is not required. The gentleman gets up at night and goes to the toilet independently. The lady sleeps well and also goes to the toilet independently. Separate living quarters are available for the caregiver. Free time is by agreement.
