The protection of your personal data is important to us. This statement describes what data we process, for what purpose, and what rights you have under the GDPR.

What data we process

Identification and contact data (name, surname, e-mail, phone, address).
Registration form and questionnaire data (age, language, experience, driving licence).
Documents you provide (CV, photo, certificates).
Technical data about your visit (cookies – see Cookie policy).

Purpose and legal basis

We process personal data for the purpose of arranging caregiving services abroad, communicating with you and fulfilling contractual and legal obligations. The legal basis is your consent, contract performance and the controller's legitimate interest.

Retention period

We keep data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose, or for the period required by law. Once that expires we delete the data securely.

Consents we ask you for

For two purposes we process data solely on the basis of your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 7 GDPR. Consent is voluntary and you may withdraw it at any time.

Caregiver registration — candidate database

Purpose: keeping a candidate database so we can contact you about future positions if we currently have no suitable vacancy or fill it with another candidate.
Scope: data from the registration form and attached documents — in particular name, surname, birth name, title, education and experience, previous employment, date and place of birth, address, marital status, phone, e-mail, ID document number, criminal record extract and proof of education.
Period: 1 year from the date the registration is submitted.
Recipients: an external HR specialist working with the controller.

New job alerts (newsletter)

Purpose: sending information about new job offers, services, events and news to your e-mail address.
Scope: name and surname, address, e-mail address.
Period: 3 years from the date consent is given.
Recipients: a marketing agency working with the controller.

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time, even before the period for which it was given expires — by e-mail, by phone, or by registered letter marked "GDPR" sent to the contact details above. For the newsletter, the Unsubscribe link in the footer of any e-mail is enough. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it. Once the period expires or consent is withdrawn, we securely destroy the data and no longer process it in any database.

Data transfers and automated decision-making

We do not transfer your personal data to third countries outside the European Economic Area. No automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects for you takes place.

Right to access your personal data.
Right to rectify inaccurate data.
Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”).
Right to restrict processing and to data portability.
Right to object to processing and to withdraw consent.
Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Slovak Data Protection Authority).
