Care for 11 seniors aged 67-90, primarily with dementia, in a mini-residence WG. The caregiver alternates shifts with two other caregivers. One week is spent working from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The second week involves night shifts until 6:00 AM. Duties include assisting seniors with hygiene, dressing, accompanying them during walks and to the toilet, helping them get up, serving meals, administering insulin and medication, measuring blood sugar, and applying compression stockings. Shopping and cooking are handled by auxiliary staff. The caregiver has a private room with a private bathroom, with opportunities for rest, most commonly from 9:00 AM or 2:00 PM. Time off after shifts and on weekends is arranged by agreement.
