Care for 11 seniors aged 67-90 years, primarily with dementia, in a small senior living facility (WG). The caregiver alternates shifts with two other caregivers. One week involves working from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and the following week is a night shift until 6:00 AM. Care involves assisting seniors with hygiene, dressing, accompanying them during walking and to the toilet, helping them get up, serving meals, administering insulin and medication, measuring blood sugar, and applying compression stockings. Shopping and cooking are handled by support staff. The caregiver has their own room with a private bathroom, offering opportunities for downtime, typically from 9:00 AM or 2:00 PM. Time off after shifts and on weekends is arranged by agreement.
