Caregiver Nuremberg

Care for an elderly married couple: an 83-year-old woman (56 kg, 161 cm) and an 85-year-old man. Both are physically independent and move around the house without assistance, but suffer from early dementia, are forgetful, and slightly disoriented in time. Their cognitive abilities are impaired. Both manage dressing, eating, and using the toilet independently. However, they require partial assistance with personal hygiene and supervision during the day. The wife occasionally needs help with dressing. The caregiver's role is primarily to support their daily functioning – supervision and assistance with hygiene, accompanying them on shopping trips, planning the day, organizing appointments, managing the household, cooking, cleaning, laundry, and engaging in shared activities. Duties also include grocery shopping with the seniors. Night care and physical lifting are not required.
