The lady is fully oriented in time, space, and with respect to persons. She requires complete assistance with dressing, personal hygiene, and using the toilet. She is independent with eating. The caregiver accompanies her on walks in the wheelchair. The 83-year-old gentleman, 76 kg, 172 cm, suffers from dementia and Alzheimer's. He moves independently; his orientation in time, space, and with respect to persons is only partially preserved. The gentleman requires daily guidance and assistance with dressing and personal hygiene. He is independent with meals but requires guidance. He manages the toilet by himself and walks independently. The caregiver's duties also include meal preparation, shopping, household cleaning, and laundry. Shops are within walking distance. Night care is needed for the lady 3-4 times per night to escort her to the toilet. The household is equipped with a barrier-free bathroom adapted for wheelchair use. The gentleman does not require assistance with lifting or transfers. Free time by agreement.
