Caregiver Burscheid

Care for a 93-year-old lady living alone, 50 kg, 174 cm, who has early-stage dementia, kidney insufficiency, very poor eyesight, and damaged knees. Due to knee problems, she can no longer walk and uses a wheelchair. She has urinary incontinence and wears absorbent pants. The lady can transfer herself from the bed to the wheelchair and back. She requires partial assistance with dressing, personal hygiene, and toileting. Help is needed with complete basic care and medication administration. The caregiver also handles cooking, shopping, cleaning, and laundry. Shops are accessible by bus. The lady is very kind and enjoys talking with the caregiver. Night shifts and heavy lifting are not required. Free time is by agreement.
