Care for a 93-year-old gentleman with general senile weakness, a past heart attack, and walking difficulties. He has memory problems but no dementia. He speaks a little Polish, so a Polish-speaking caregiver is welcome. The gentleman moves with a walker. He requires full assistance with dressing, personal hygiene, and toileting. In the morning, he needs help getting out of bed, with hygiene, toileting, and transferring to breakfast. In the afternoon, he rests from approximately 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM, and goes to bed around 10:00 PM. He only needs light assistance when getting up, is cooperative, and uses a wall-mounted grab bar. The caregiver also handles cooking, shopping, cleaning, and laundry as agreed with the wife. The wife does not require care, only household assistance. Night duty is possible 1-2 times per night, but not every night. A commode chair is available. The caregiver has a private bathroom and a car. Free time is by agreement.
