Care for a 90-year-old gentleman, 175 cm, 90 kg, with senile weakness. He uses a walking stick for mobility, with a risk of falling. The gentleman suffers from dementia and Alzheimer's, with poor short-term memory. He is well-oriented. He is not aggressive and does not attempt to wander. He is incontinent, uses protective underwear, but goes to the toilet independently. He has heart problems (rapid heartbeat), is almost blind in one eye (wears glasses), uses a hearing aid, and oxygen. The gentleman wakes up at 9:30 AM. Requirements include showering, changing incontinence materials, shaving, applying a vibration plate for leg muscles, and preparing breakfast and meals. Assistance is needed with dressing and undressing, and escorting to the toilet. The gentleman occasionally experiences diarrhea, including at night. Walks, accompaniment to doctor's appointments and physiotherapists. Adherence to the set meal and drink schedule - meal diary. Meal preparation, laundry care, household maintenance, walking the dog (Golden Retriever), driving to visit friends or a cafe. A cleaner and a gardener visit the household. There is a stairlift and a wheelchair in the house, but lifting is not required. The gentleman's wife is 81 years old, 55 kg, and suffers from dementia and depression. She has a prescribed treatment that she does not take regularly and refuses doctor's visits. Currently, she has pain and limited mobility after a fall. Until now, she has tried to be self-sufficient in personal care. The lady is very tidy and meticulous, sometimes unpleasant. At night, the gentleman reads the newspaper and goes to the toilet 1 to 2 times, more often if experiencing diarrhea. The couple lives in a house; the caregiver has a separate apartment next door. Cars with automatic transmission are available.
