Caregiver Meckenheim

Care for an 87-year-old lady (168 cm, 73 kg) with dementia and frailty. She has almost no short-term memory, cannot orient herself at home, and needs to be accompanied to rooms and the toilet. She recognizes children and relatives, and is still oriented in time. She moves without assistance – she needs a companion due to disorientation. Partial assistance is required with dressing and undressing, accompanying to the toilet, and personal hygiene (morning hygiene, preparing clothes). Cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, cooking, and other tasks and support as needed are required in the household. Her husband lives with her; he is completely independent and an excellent cook. Night duty is not required. There is also a Slovak Cuvac dog in the household.
