Care for an elderly married couple in their shared home. The 86-year-old wife, 80 kg, 160 cm, suffers from dementia and incontinence. Following a recent hospitalization, she is physically weakened with impaired temporal orientation and short-term memory. She moves independently with the aid of a walker and gets up without assistance. She requires partial help with dressing, personal hygiene, and toileting, including incontinence care. It is important to guide her, remind her of activities, and assist with organizing her day. The 89-year-old husband, 68 kg, 170 cm, has early-stage dementia, mainly manifesting as forgetfulness and disorientation in daily tasks. Otherwise, he is physically independent, moves without aids, and manages most tasks himself. He has a stoma, which he manages independently. He primarily needs supervision, support with his daily routine, and partial assistance with hygiene (e.g., showering). The caregiver's duties include overall household management such as cooking, shopping, cleaning, and laundry care, as well as supervising medication intake (prepared in advance). Companionship, communication, maintaining a daily routine, and engaging both seniors are also part of the role. Nighttime care is only for the wife and is needed approximately 1x per night (not daily) when she needs to visit the toilet. Lifting is not required. The daughter (68 years old) also lives in the house in a separate apartment unit.
